Walthamstow Village festivalPosted by E17 Designers
The Asian Centre on Orford Road is organising/co-ordinating a Walthamstow Village Festival on 2nd of August this year and would like to involve the local community to make it a successful community event. Monwara is currently consulting local residents, businesses, community groups and schools. It would be great to have lots of things happening in the village area on the day of the Festival, which should include activities for the whole family. The Asian Centre will like therefore to invite applications for stalls, performance on stage, auditions for their evening Talent Show and recruit volunteers to support the event. If you would like to get involved in this event please visit the website or contact Monwara on :020 8223 0707. http://www.theasiancentrewf.org.uk

Dates 2014-Posted by E17 Designers
So we started early to book dates (we try to decide in January and confirm by end February....) and we have been let down for a May date-already!
We will now do an April date and a June date (during the Art Trail), as well as October and November.
We aim to keep roughly 8-10 weeks between events.
I will confirm by beginning of March so if you want to book membership and events at the same time you can, we will probably book both the Spring and Art Trail together for a change to help your planning!
I knew I shouldn't have posted provisional dates two weeks ago!
