Stoneydown Folk FetePosted by E17 Designers
The Stoneydown Park Folk Festival takes place again on Sunday 30th June. Stoneydown is a small park, and we are looking for around ten craft stalls to be part of the day. Last year, although there were some showers in the morning we still had a very big turnout of people. People bring money to spend on the food and drink, and for the stalls it's probably best if you have items to sell that aren't too expensive.
We are a small group of volunteers, without large resources, so we need you to bring your own table (and if you have it, bring a gazebo, or something to cover your stall, in case of showers). We are asking for a ten pound donation from each stall towards our work, improving the park. There will be a lot of publicity for the event, with five thousand leaflets, an advert in the E17 listings magazine and posters in local shops.
If you'd like a space for your stall, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org

'Spectrum Exhibition & Installation’Posted by E17 Designers
Members of the public are invited to bring along unwanted items to be placed in colour-order to create a three-dimensional spectrum installation. Each object should be of one colour only and can include discarded items and ’found objects’ such as broken toys and products, plastic pieces, bottles, pots, packaging, clothing, shoes etc., anything that is non-valuable. Items should be donated during the open hours of the exhibition (10am-4pm), and so the installation will grow bigger each day.
This event will also showcase the creative talents of emerging artists and fashion designers - adult learners who are studying at Waltham Forest College on the Higher National Certificate (HNC) and BTEC Foundation & NCFE Portfolio Preparation Art and Design programmes as well as those on the HNC/HND Fashion and Textiles course.
