Winter booking reminder - closing this week

Please read all the info first about table sizes, then sign in (using your main email and password) and follow the event booking forms drop down menu to choose your space, make sure you update your form for each event.
Booking opens Monday 1 July. If any event books up before 29 July I will close bookings: please email to go on a waiting list. I will allocate after that date.
If you are selecting both November dates or both December datesplease note your first choice if you have a preference in the SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS part of the form as it is likely I will be unable to allocate both.
Table sizes:
One Hoe Street small pitch 120cm x 70cm £45 (these are solid desks divided into four equal parts, chairs allocated on the side of the pitch, not behind)
One Hoe Street large pitch 180/200cm x 60cm £50 (please tick PREMIUM and we will allocate individually).

Spring - a couple of stalls available for the Spring market on Saturday 11 May with us inside and the street food outside. £50 or possible sharing opportunities - please email direct for info.
June - Saturday 8th full but please email for cancellations, there is still time for changes. Small stalls 120-150cm £45
Large stalls - 180-200cm £50 (some sharing available)
June - Sunday 9th - for book art/zones/prints etc etc you can stil book for this at the moment, table sizes as above.
I will allocate Garden Party next week and send emails to confirm places as soon as I can, now I have the table hire confirmed.

As part of the Village Festival 2019 Narinder will be hosting an event in the Hub hall called 'Pure Joy'. It will be on the 6th of July between 1-6pm.He is looking for well being stalls ideally holistic to hire a table/stall at the event. They can be therapist/healers looking to increase their client base or even incense or crystal sellers or anything spiritual or well being and beautiful. He also wants the mystics to come forward too. There will also be workshops and guidance readings. Yoga/meditation instructors can also apply. Well being food also comes into the catergory to. Tarot/Angel card readers also welcome. This is a festival showcasing everything holistic/spiritual/well being and mystic.They anticipate a good turn out and anyone who wants a plot can email him on this email address purejoyfestival@gmail.com

E17 Designers' Art Trail Showcase at Stow Brothers

Stow Brothers is excited to partner with us for an exhibition of designers’ work.
one piece per person in the office for the run of the art trail (no selling but contact detail labels will be made and on display, we will have window decals, your business cards and flyers to promote everyone. The office will invigilate so apart from delivery day, you do not need to be at the showcase).
There is a limited mix of space of wall/shelf/sofa/pegboard: an example of space usage – framed prints one wall, pegboard spaces (bags/accessories), shelf spaces (ceramics, jewellery in a secured case), sofa area (2 – 3 cushions), ceiling…
£10 booking fee to cover set up/labelling costs. Venue and exhibition fees will be covered.
More details re set up and breakdown will be sent once you are selected.
Login and select ‘whole table’ in the event and note what item/s you would submit to give me an idea..
Deadline: 29 April, selection by mid May.

Looking for an office admin and quality control assistant for Walthamstow based business; Tidy Books. They make original designs for kids, specialising in bookcases and storage which fosters kids’ independence.
"We need someone to work in our office two mornings a week to do quality control checks on our deliveries, pack up our products for despatch, answer the phone, do basic admin tasks (computer literacy required) and make our personalised bookcases (training given). In collaboration with Wood Street First, we are holding a community event called Woodside Magical Market on Saturday 1st December from 11-4pm. This community event was launched last year and was incredibly well attended. We had 20 custom built wooden stalls made by a local carpenter and local designers, small businesses and members of the community came, exhibited and sold their wonderful goods. We had a vast range of excellent quality goods sold outside and table tops inside as well. All in all there were over 30 stalls as well as live music, food, a circus, amusements, rides and more. We have just a few stalls remaining for this year's event and if you would like to be part of it, stalls are available from £10. Its best to contact me via email:
